I cannot begin to express my gratitude for everything Dave did to sell my home in Ann Arbor., I had already relocated and was juggling many different things. We were very lucky to have had a chance to work with Dave Monforton again on our latest purchase of a home in Ann Arbor. This is the second home we purchased with Dave's help. We wanted to find an affordable home in great neighborhood that we could rent and then retire to down the line. , Dave was very accommodating at taking us to listings - he never tired of that and even screened some for us when we could not go, taking pictures and getting more information. In the end we found a home for sale by owner, and Dave handled all of this transaction for us. It was kind of tricky in many ways as there were renters in the property and the actual owner was in another country. Dave had to deal with him in Brazil and schedule all the inspections through two sets of tenants. Dave even supervised some of the repairs for us as we lived very far away and could not be there. He also helped us to address city inspection issues, as repairs were needed to allow us to keep renting the property. Finally, there were even some issues with property easements and the title that Dave ironed out for us. He had to do all this without another realtor.
